Traveling to the U.S. & Visas

All travelers to the U.S. will need appropriate travel documents including visas for any Ukrainian citizens. This may take a few different forms.

If an immediate relative of a U.S. citizen had a pending immigrant visa case in Kyiv, they should contact the Embassy they are closest to for more information about transferring cases. If they do not have a pending IV case or do not qualify for an IV, they may reach out to the nearest Embassy about applying for a nonimmigrant visa if they qualify. More information can be found here.

U.S. embassies and consulates in neighboring countries can accept visa applications from Ukrainians. Please find a list of embassy websites here: https://www.usembassy.gov. Interested applicants should follow instructions on the respective Embassy website to apply for a visa.
