Liliya Zhukova holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Affairs, concentrated in Public Policy & Politics from Washington State University, with two minors in Business Administration and Sociology. In addition, Masters of Compliance from Liberty University.

Liliya has extensive amount of experience starting and working with non-profits. She has founded a few of her own non-profits to include, Slavic Vote, SVAction, and Father’s House Christian Center.

Beyond her non-profit experience, she has served as a Board Member at Family Freedom Coalition of Washington and Advisory Board for the noise office at PDX Airport in Portland, Oregon acting on behalf of Clark County as the official representative to address community noise concerns.

Her community work doesn’t find ends there as she leads as a Chair a Private Christian Center and supports various non-profit organizations. Her professional experiences includes over 7 years of project management, Human Resources and support services in various industries.

Finally, Liliya holds leadership awards and has been appointed as the Engaged Leader from National Society of Leadership and Success.
